Conservation games, built with the people doing the work.
We make playable, real-place 3D games in the browser — phones and laptops, nothing to install — with the conservation organisations whose work the games are about. Playing is free. Buying a habitat in the game is a donation to the partner on the ground.
Mara the Elephant launched on World Elephant Day, 12 August 2026, and is in a private preview with the Mara Elephant Project team while we finish the launch run.
First title
Mara the Elephant
You are a ranger in Kenya's Maasai Mara. The missions are the ones the Mara Elephant Project's rangers actually run: collar a bull, fly the patrol drone over the herds, walk into the maize after dark to turn a crop raid around, and build the camp back up afterwards.

Collar the bull
Dart, collar and release — the data keeps the herd and the farms apart.

Fly the patrol drone
Night drone flights to find and move elephants before they reach the crops.

Into the maize after dark
A crop raid in progress. Keep the people, the harvest and the elephants safe.

Meet the rangers
The ranger characters are modelled on the real team, with their consent.

Buy seeds, grow it back
Raise the headquarters, run the supply line, replant what the raid took.

Befriend the animals
Elephants, the herds and the rest of the Mara, walking and feeding as they do in life.
Next
Kingdom Botimalia
A conservation world where the creatures are robots — botimals — and the preserves are real places: the Maasai Mara, the Henderson Bird Viewing Preserve in Nevada, more to come. Learn a species, earn a habitat, and the habitat you buy is a donation to the people who look after the real one.
- Every animal starts from a photograph: photo → 3D model → rigged, walking, feeding creature, checked against the reference before it ships.
- A kid mission creator: a child describes a mission in one sentence and the game builds a playable, safety-checked version of it.
- In development. Mara the Elephant is the first world.
